JBtuned 240sx S13 S14 Fuel Pump Hanger Mod Kit
We have developed this hanger mod kit for anyone with a s13 or s14 Nissan 240sx / Silvia that wants to upgrade their fuel system for use with a new high performance fuel pump without spending a fortune on fuel cells, surge tanks and upgrade hangers.
This kit is currently setup for the Walbro/Ti Automotive 400+ series pumps. This includes the 400, 450, 525, 535 and any other variation on this same pump design.
OEM fuel Pump hangers are design for fuel efficiency and low volume fuel pumps. The small ports allowing fuel in and out of the tank are perfect for stock engines but when upgrading they quickly become the bottleneck in the fuel system. This kit removes the restrictive factory ports found on the OEM hanger and replaces them with fittings that allow for substantially more flow. More fuel flow = More Boost = More Power.

Feed fitting - Your Choice of 6AN, 8AN, or 10AN
Return Fitting - Your Choice of 6AN, 8AN, or 10AN
Bulkhead for upgraded wiring
PTFE convoluted tubes (Feed and Return)
EFI Stainless Clamps for PTFE Tubing.
Disclaimer:
This kit requires the modification of your factory hanger tophat. The space you have to work with is very small and these fittings sit very tight next to each other. See images for an example.

Not Included But Recommended
We highly recommend (basically required) that you source an additional fitting that can connect to the factory in tank circulation line. This is not provided in the kit.
